The National Immigration Project and our members have fought for those who bear the brunt of racist and immoral laws for 50 years. We are proud of our history seeking justice for the most marginalized.
We are a political and legal home for our members - the place where you can get answers to difficult legal issues, learn skills and access resources, connect with broader advocacy efforts, and enjoy the company of a like-minded community of advocates and lawyers.

We strongly encourage affiliated individuals to consider joining/renewing as an organization, law firm, or law school clinic. There are unique benefits to joining as a group. Groups can extend their benefits more broadly to members of their team and will receive special tailored benefits and invitations. Nonprofit organizations, law firm member champions, and clinic member champions can extend benefits to all staff. Law firm and clinic sustainers and supporters can extend benefits to some additional staff (see benefit details by membership category below). This includes listserv access and discounted trainings for all interested staff, tailored resources, technical assistance for any member of staff, access to a member only job board, inclusion in our popular Find an Attorney resource, and special invitations to events.
Community organizations that do not have lawyers doing immigration-related work on staff can join at our $30 rate. Benefits include technical assistance on case campaigns, priority for tailored resource requests, priority for communications support on case campaigns, and listing in our membership directory.
Find an Attorney
Law firm, organizational, and clinic group memberships all include a listing in our popular Find an Attorney resource. General members can also choose to be listed.
